Accounting Trainee

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to manage dairy farm accounts and daily office functions. The position is focused on capturing and reconciling financial data, processing invoices and payments, and supporting all accounting operations to ensure robust compliance and efficient farm management. The ideal candidate will combine administrative capabilities with strong bookkeeping and accounting skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
• At least an Accounting Certificate or Bookkeeping Certificate required;
• Accounting must have been a subject at school level.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or office administration within the financial/accounting function.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Agricultural admin experience is a strong advantage.
