This specific permanent position is situated within their dedicated property management and investment division, which focuses on the efficient administration and long-term growth of a varied real estate portfolio. Role overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant to support the Financial Accountant within the property division. This permanent position involves managing creditors, capturing financial data, handling municipal accounts, and overseeing key administrative tasks. Key responsibilities Managing the full creditor's function, including processing and reconciliations. Capturing supplier invoices and credit card transactions accurately. Overseeing and updating courier logs. Processing and submitting insurance claims. Processing, reconciling, and managing municipal bills. Conducting necessary visits to municipal offices for property division matters. Assisting the Financial Accountant with general administrative and financial tasks. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounts and administration role. Valid South African driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Strong working knowledge of basic accounting, reconciliations, and creditor systems. Residence in Hillcrest or surrounding areas is highly preferred. Attributes Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with figures. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Proactive problem-solver with a practical, hands-on work ethic. Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable nature.
