SUMMARY:
Well established company in JHB North seeks an Accounts Administrator with foreign creditors experience who is available immediately

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Available immediately for a 6 month contract (ie not currently working)
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Previous experience with foreign creditors essential
Experience on Sage 300 advantageous

Duties will include

Processing accounts payable into Sage 300 to ensure that all creditors /suppliers are paid punctually
Electronic banking for processing of payments
Reconciliation of bank accounts and debtor/creditor accounts Monitoring daily funding requirements for current/admin accounts
Monitoring credit card balances for top-up
Liaison with property managers/personnel to assist with the financial day to day running of properties and funding of property expenses (petty cash, bank accounts, cards)
Preparation of foreign payments
Ensuring complete and accurate VAT recording on every transaction and that supporting documents are valid to support VAT reclaim
Ensuring complete and accurate filing of AP support, credit card, petty cash, expenses, payments and banking documentation, including scanning and electronic storage
Providing supporting documents quickly and efficiently in response to AP queries from internal and external parties (for example, invoices requested by auditors)
