SUMMARY:
A dynamic organization based in Halfway House, Midrand is looking to employ an Accounts Clerk with 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
2 – 5 years’ experience
Candidate must have basic Debtors and Creditors Knowledge
MS Office and Sage Pastel
Must be a fast learner and adaptable
Training will be provided
Conduct and manage debt collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
Perform accurate reconciliation of debtor accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records
Generate and issue invoices as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Submit necessary documentation and data through relevant online portals in accordance with deadlines
Administer and monitor staff leave records, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
Maintain a general understanding of accounts payable processes and support creditor-related tasks as needed
Utilize accounting software such as Pastel and Sage for financial processing and reporting
