Our client in the geophysical sector is looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their team in Pretoria East Silver Lakes area

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance Good Excel skills Min 2-3 years experience Project expenditure and Reporting Credit Card Expenditure and Reporting Procurement Protocols and Stock takes Data entry to Accounting Package (Xero- non negoitable) Accounts Recievable including Intercompany Transactions Forex and Petty Cash Management Preparation of Expenditure requests for EFT'S Supplier and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Account allocations and review per GL guidelines Variable wages and Assistance with HR documentation General office assistance including Shipping and courier tasks Assistance to GM for Civil Aviation submissions and collections when needed Must be resourcefull and able to meet deadlines Must be able to work under pressure Must have a valid driver's license and own transport Consultant: Charlene Nel - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
