SUMMARY:
We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join a fast-paced international business. If you're experienced with QuickBooks, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and payments. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Capture and reconcile multi-currency transactions. Process payroll journals. Assist with month-end finance activities. Maintain accurate financial records and support audits. Minimum Requirements Relevant Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification. Candidates working towards SAIPA, SAICA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar professional qualifications will be advantageous. Experience with accounts payable and reconciliations. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience & Skills Proven experience working with QuickBooks (essential). Experience processing multi-currency transactions. Experience with payroll journal processing. Strong accounts payable and invoice processing experience. Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Apply now!
