POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

Matric

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable and payroll
Experience on Xero and Sage Payroll (or similar) essential
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Duties

Process supplier invoices with correct GL allocation and VAT treatment
Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve queries
Prepare and manage supplier payment runs
Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation
Act as a control point in the purchasing process
Process and administer wages & salaries payrolls
Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Support month-end processes and deadlines
