SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a Senior Inter-company Accounts Payable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can ensure that inter-company transactions are accurately processed and reconciled.

POSITION INFO:

Join a dynamic finance team supporting multi-country operations and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile inter-company accounts, identifying and investigating discrepancies
Process missing inter-company invoices and ensure accurate data capture
Manage day-to-day financial transactions relating to inter-company accounts
Support regional operations teams with inter-company queries
Report weekly on the status of inter-company accounts and discrepancies to regional finance leadership
Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and regional teams
Prepare settlement details for payment processing

Skills & Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Experience working with TMFF and SUN accounting systems
5+ years’ experience in inter-company reconciliations
Experience working with multi-country and multi-currency transactions
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
