JOB SUMMARY:
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing,
posting and recording accounts payable data, and submitting payment details for cashflow forecasting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s): - Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations of Creditors Account
Statement against the Age Analysis. - Ensure creditor invoices are recorded against the correct cost
center/GL account - Ensure creditors invoices are matched either to a signed contract or TAP purchase
order - Ensure that TAPs payment policy is enforced - Distribute proof of payment to creditors
Reconciliation of credit cards Reconciliation of fleet cards - All other reconciliations as directed by the
Financial Accountant - Administration around the issue and cancellation of the credit and fleet cards -
Sundry and other general administrative duties as directed by the Financial Accountant - Ensure policies
and procedures are adhered to at all times
