Accounts Payable Clerk (Roodepoort)

Main Objective of Position
To ensure prompt and accurate posting of all Accounts Payable expenses and invoices in the Financial Accounting system within the UK, South Africa and Netherlands. Ensure timely settlement of invoices as well as posting and coding in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Expenses Process a high volume of employee expenses using the online submission system, ensuring they follow company policy.
Processing employee credit card expenses using the online submission system, ensuring submissions are following company policy and chasing employees for non-submissions.
Resolve associated expense queries and liaise with relevant managers.
Invoices Managing Accounts payable inboxes across 3 entities ensuring all invoices received are logged and investigate and resolve invoice queries with company departments and suppliers. Code and post a high volume of supplier invoices onto financial system upon satisfactory authorization from nominated personnel. Matching stock receipted into the warehouse with supplier invoices ensuring all balance are settled.
Payments Preparation and processing of multi-currency payment runs a week Raise ad-hoc manual payments
Post and match off direct debit payments on the financial system. Competencies Strong team player
