Job description:

As the Creditors Manager you will be required to do the following:

Manage the entire creditors cycle of invoice matching, claim and price discrepancy management, including recon of creditors accounts prior to payment.
Ensure supplier queries are processed in terms of company procedures and ensure all queries are resolved quickly and accurately.
Manage Creditors processing.
Payments and Rebate Management.
Ensure all general ledger reconciliations are completed monthly and all reconciling items are cleared.
Provide and maintain an environment in which staff are adequately supervised, supported, up-skilled and rewarded based on their performance.
