• 6 years experience as an Accounts Payable Manager

Job description:

As the Creditors Manager you will be required to do the following:

• Manage the entire creditors cycle of invoice matching, claim and price discrepancy management, including recon of creditors accounts prior to payment.
• Ensure supplier queries are processed in terms of company procedures and ensure all queries are resolved quickly and accurately.
• Manage Creditors processing.
• Payments and Rebate Management.
• Ensure all general ledger reconciliations are completed monthly and all reconciling items are cleared.
• Provide and maintain an environment in which staff are adequately supervised, supported, up-skilled and rewarded based on their performance.
