JOB SUMMARY:
You will add value to the Group with your extensive retail automotive experience. This position is a High-Level Risk position, having access to the Bank accounts for the whole Group, only candidates with clean criminal and ITC records will be considered for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Qualification, Skills & Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Financial accounting
Vehicle Administration experience essential
Understanding and knowledge of SARS requirements on payments to suppliers essential
Knowledge of legal requirements for all payments essential
Knowledge of Foreign payments and the requirements essential
Knowledge of VAT implications essential
Over-Allowance and cashback experience essential
F & I experience will be an advantage
Knowledge of Autoline and Kerridge is an advantage
Understanding and knowledge of Settlements, Buy-Outs, Spotters, Auction payments
Experience in releasing payments on both Standard Bank and FNB Business banking
Must have released a minimum of 150 payments per day

Key Result Areas:

Check and release payment requisitions loaded on the payment portal by the Dealer Network
Assist with any queries that may arise that relate to payments released
Ensure all payments are processed on ADP / Kerridge after the payment run was completed daily
Verification of banking detail for new accounts exceeding R20’000
Compile, analyse and identify new creditor accounts based on the information loaded on the portal
Investigate and process all portal system errors, Investigate PayBot''''s unallocated report
