POSITION INFO:
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for cross-border reconciliations and multi-currency transactions? My client is looking for a skilled inter-company accounts payable professional to manage and reconcile inter-company accounts across multiple regions and ensure accurate processing and the settlement of financial transactions.

The purpose for the accounts payable professional is to ensure accurate reconciliation of inter-company accounts for the US, Canada, UK, and Netherlands, with all invoices processed efficiently and payment settlements initiated in a timely manner.

As an accounts payable professional, you will be responsible for the following:

Reconcile inter-company accounts, verify balances, and investigate discrepancies
Perform day-to-day financial transactions related to inter-company activities
Report weekly status updates and discrepancies to the Regional Heads of Finance
Communicate and resolve queries with stakeholders across different regions
Prepare settlement summaries for the Finance Manager and Head of Finance
Collaborate with operations teams as an accountability partner
Manage workload and communication across multiple global time zones

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in inter-company reconciliations
At least 3 years’ experience in invoice processing and data capturing
Proven multi-country and multi-currency accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams)
Intermediate-level Excel skills
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
