JOB SUMMARY:
Accounts Payable Specialist in Pretoria East needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently looking for a very experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Hazeldean on a permanent basis.

Duties:

Working with foreign & local suppliers (recons of accounts, outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies, etc)
Capturing journals and prepayment invoices
Filing and ad hoc duties
Payment reconciliations
Assistance to the Accountant and CFO
Capturing journal entries into the GL

Qualifications & Skills:

Matric
Minimum Certificate required
10 - 15 years’ experience (working with foreign countries)
Sage Evolution experience (required)
