SUMMARY:
Are you a numbers pro with a passion for precision? We’re seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations, streamline payment workflows, and ensure that suppliers are paid accurately and on time!

POSITION INFO:
Join a forward-thinking business known for operational excellence and strong financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full accounts payable function, end-to-end
Manage supplier reconciliations & payment cycles
Ensure timely invoice processing, approvals & query resolution
Implement controls to prevent duplicate/incorrect payments
Lead, mentor & upskill the AP team
Drive process improvement & automation where possible

Skills & Requirements:

Diploma/BCom in Accounting/Finance preferred
5+ years AP experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong Excel & ERP system exposure
High attention to detail with a solutions-driven mindset
Excellent communication & stakeholder management ability
