We’re seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations, streamline payment workflows, and ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time!

POSITION INFO:
Join a forward-thinking business known for operational excellence and strong financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full accounts payable function end-to-end
- Manage supplier reconciliations & payment cycles
- Ensure timely invoice processing, approvals & query resolution
- Implement controls to prevent duplicate/incorrect payments
- Lead, mentor & upskill the AP team
- Drive process improvement & automation where possible

Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/BCom in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 5+ years AP experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong Excel & ERP system exposure
- High attention to detail with a solutions-driven mindset
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management ability
