Our client specialises in intimate healthcare and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Business Analyst to to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in financial management and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Your Qualifications:

• Qualified CA(SA) passed both board exams. (Big 4 preferred)
• 0-2 years working experience
• Medical Industry experience is very beneficial.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Accounts Receivable Business Analyst’s duties will include, but not limited to:

• Accommodating billing framework with invoicing report.
•  Follow up and dealing with the team on late solicitations, collection and assigning instalments.
• Performing compromises, assortment, and reporting activities as indicated by explicit deadlines.
• Screen client account subtleties for non-payments, deferred payments on a convenient premise and guarantee Sales Force are updated.
• Explore and resolve payment inconsistencies.
• Follow set up systems for handling receipts, cash and eft.
• Speak with clients by means of telephone, email, mail or personally once
• Liaise with the bank when needed to acquire subtleties on obscure payments.
