A well-established, JSE listed conglomerate seeks a Debtors Team Leader to join their shared services finance team based in Johannesburg North.

The purpose of this role will be to manage the financial lifecycle of the accounts receivable function and supervising a driven team of Accounts Receivable Controllers.

Duties include, but not limited to invoicing, customer data maintenance, collections, reporting and implementation of necessary controls and processes.

The incumbent will have strong business process and continuity experience, a strong business acumen and someone constantly working to innovate and streamline processes and procedures for optimal departmental performance.

Education:

BCom in Finance / Accounting / Business

Skills & Experience:

5 to 6 years experience in a debtors manager role within a shared services department is NON-NEGOTIABLE

Educational industry experience will be beneficial

Strong people management skills

Strong computer literacy

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
