As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with IFRS 17 standards, performing valuations, and providing valuable insights for product development and pricing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your actuarial expertise to deliver accurate and insightful analysis and support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and comply with IFRS 17 requirements
Perform actuarial valuations for various financial products and portfolios
Conduct analysis to assess the financial impact of IFRS 17 on the organization's operations and profitability
Assist in the development and enhancement of actuarial models and methodologies
Provide input and recommendations for product development and pricing strategies
Analyze data, trends, and market insights to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong understanding of IFRS 17 principles and experience in its implementation
Experience in actuarial valuations, including reserving, pricing, and modeling
