JOB SUMMARY:
A once in a lifetime opportunity is available in the Insurance industry for a nearly qualified Actuarial Analyst who is looking to take the next big step in their career in the life insurance space.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
One of the oldest and most established competitors in the Insurance industry is looking to employ the services of an Actuarial Specialist to form part of a close knit and professional team. This role will have a specific focus on risk reporting, regulatory reporting and solvency assessment and management as well as involvement in own risk and solvency assessments. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter who requires little to no assistance and has strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Education:

BSc Actuarial Degree
Honours Degree will be advantageous
Nearly or newly qualified Actuary

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2+ years’ experience in the life insurance and risk reporting space
Actuarial model development experience
Experience in SAM and ORSA will be advantageous
Programming skills (VBA, R, Python etc.) would be advantageous
