POSITION INFO:
We’re seeking a sharp, curious Actuarial Pricing Analyst to be part of a growing team at the intersection of actuarial science and artificial intelligence. You’ll design and implement advanced pricing models that challenge traditional thinking, drive better decision-making, and directly impact how insurers compete in a changing market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance pricing models for short-term (non-life) insurance products.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and improve pricing accuracy.
Design, test, and validate models to ensure actuarial soundness and compliance.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver pricing insights and technical expertise.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
Contribute to research initiatives advancing actuarial modeling and automation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (ASSA)
Experience:
- Experience in short-term insurance pricing
- Solid understanding of actuarial and statistical methods (including GLMs)
- Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages
Skills:
- Applying machine learning in pricing or risk modelling
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven innovation
- Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Understanding of pricing model governance and regulation
- Exposure to big data or cloud platforms
