Admin & Sales Co-ordination Manager

Our client, a respected wholesale and manufacturing company, is looking for a hands-on and experienced Admin & Sales Co-Ordination Manager to lead their internal support and sales functions. This role is ideal for a natural leader who enjoys streamlining operations, motivating teams, and driving excellent customer service.
You’ll be responsible for supervising a small team, managing internal sales processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing key administrative support across departments.

POSITION INFO:

ð Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 4 support staff (reception, internal sales, front desk).
Oversee internal sales processes including order management, pricing adjustments, stock updates, and returns.
Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and internal teams.
Manage admin functions: SOP development, reporting, stock return processing, and support for finance.
Conduct internal meetings, track performance, and ensure compliance with procedures.
Act as a key liaison between sales, production, and finance teams.

â What You’ll Bring:

Matric + diploma/degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
5–8 years’ experience in admin and sales co-ordination management.
Proven team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable); ERP system experience preferred (SAP is a plus).
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator.
A background in fast-paced, service-focused environments involving technical products is advantageous.
