Admin & Sales Coordinator (Concrete Division) Manage the administrative and commercial engine room of a leading concrete division. Bloemfontein, Free State | R18,000 - R25,000 pm (Gross CTC) About Our Client The client is a comprehensive industrial group specializing in civil engineering and construction supply solutions. The organization maintains an extensive product range of over 15,000 line items, including PVC and valves, and operates a dedicated Concrete Division. The group focuses on manufacturing and logistical excellence to support large-scale infrastructure projects. The Role: Admin & Sales Coordinator (Concrete Division) This role is responsible for managing the administrative and commercial flow of the Concrete Division. It serves as the link between the factory, the client, and the logistics team to ensure seamless operations. The main focus areas are maintaining accuracy in the sales cycle and coordinating the movement of specialized precast products. Key Responsibilities Manage tenders and logistics to ensure all necessary compliance documentation is submitted within deadlines. Generate accurate quotations for concrete pipes, culverts, and precast products. Process factory orders and coordinate logistics to ensure timely product delivery. Execute invoicing tasks accurately to maintain commercial flow. Develop a broad knowledge of the 15,000+ line items within the wider group. About You Experience in managing tenders and logistics. Strong background in logistics or factory-based administration. Technical aptitude to understand specifications for civil engineering products. Inquiring mind with the initiative to learn the business beyond immediate tasks. Highly organized approach to managing complex administrative workflows.
