Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:
A leading citrus and table grape farm in Clanwilliam have a vacancy for an Admin Assistant to join their team. Are you a capable all-rounder with proven knowledge and experience in the admin/finance environment, then I would like to hear from you.

POSITION INFO:
Key duties include:

• Handling general administrative tasks including daily admin, purchase orders, and stock control.

• Performing financial administration: posting and reconciliation of creditors/debtors in line with company procedures.

• Assisting with HR administration and wages.

• Supporting the finance/admin department with other job-related administrative tasks as required.

• Grade 12 (essential).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multi-task and manage administrative processes efficiently.

• Previous experience with Crest, Farm Costing Solutions, or Farm Manager will be an advantage.
