POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and event planning.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
• Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate (Matric) is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
