JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known Food manufacturing Company based on the outskirts of Durbanville, is looking to appoint an admin clerk to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

Taking telephonic orders from clients and retailers and processing the order
Invoicing of orders
Assisting in debtors and creditors control
Stock control and stock capture
General bookkeeping and financial administration
Reconcile debtors retail accounts to ensure correct payment is claimed.

Experience required:

Grade 12
Own transport and valid license
Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experienced on pastel and excel
