Admin Clerk (Road Freight)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Office Administrator with a background in road freight logistics and Creditors Administration to join our clients team!

POSITION INFO:
Job profile but not limited to:

Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:

• Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load on our online platform
• Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD’s are received on a timely basis from
• transporters
• Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
• Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
• Requesting pod’s by means of emails and phone call
• Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.
• Any other ad hoc duties required.

• Matric
• English & Afrikaans essential
• Strong administrator with 3 - 5 years experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A knack for keeping operations running
