✅ What You’ll Need:

• A financial qualification: B.Com, CIS, IAC or CCA (essential)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior administrative role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to your work
• Proven supervisory experience

• Handle finance functions accurately and in line with company policies
• Manage and support the administration team
• Plan staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
• Address and manage staff performance and conduct issues professionally
• Prepare accurate month-end journals within deadlines
• Identify areas for improvement and help reduce risk
• Provide professional support to internal departments
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
