SUMMARY:
Riverhorse Valley. Well-established company forming part of a large group of companies with Head Offices situated in Italy is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admin Coordinator to oversee import / export operations, office management, financial administration, and internal coordination. Thorough experience within import / export is essential.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end import / export logistics, including customs documentation, transporter relationships, delivery tracking, and overseas payments
Oversee office operations, IT, telecoms, staff leave, PPE, office maintenance, and supplier contracts
Handle debtors, creditors, and cost management, including collections, queries, credit reviews, and account setup on SAP
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel, and trade exhibitions
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, performance, and budget tracking
Drive process improvements, support departments, and help implement company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in import / export management and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and process management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple functions, with excellent time-management and discretion
Own transport and a valid driver’s license required
