Admin Coordinator - Import / Export

SUMMARY:
Riverhorse Valley. Well-established company forming part of a large group of companies with Head Offices situated in Italy is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admin Coordinator to oversee import / export operations, office management, financial administration, and internal coordination. Thorough experience within import / export is essential.

POSITION INFO:

• Manage end-to-end import / export logistics, including customs documentation, transporter relationships, delivery tracking, and overseas payments
• Oversee office operations, IT, telecoms, staff leave, PPE, office maintenance, and supplier contracts
• Handle debtors, creditors, and cost management, including collections, queries, credit reviews, and account setup on SAP
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel, and trade exhibitions
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, performance, and budget tracking
• Drive process improvements, support departments, and help implement company policies

• Proven experience in import / export management and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and process management skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple functions, with excellent time-management and discretion
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license required
