Admin Manager

Location: South Africa (Remote)
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Operations & Support

About the Role

You’ll own day-to-day administration, order flow, internal reporting, and email marketing. This isn’t just back-office — you’re the one making sure the business keeps running, and improving as it grows.

What You’ll Do

Handle daily admin tasks and workflow
Send invoices, quotes, and order confirmations
Manage email campaigns (planning, writing, scheduling)
Maintain accurate records of customer data and orders
Respond professionally to customers and suppliers
Assist with team schedules, reports, and internal systems
Improve workflows and assist with automations (e.g., Sheets, CRM tools)

What You Bring

Strong admin, coordination, and writing skills
Experience with invoicing, order flow, or similar
Comfortable using Google Sheets and email platforms
Attention to detail and excellent written English
Bonus: Experience with Mailchimp, Flowdesk, or CRM tools
Own device and reliable internet
