Admin Manager

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Admin Manager in Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

To manage and coordinate the Administration and Financial Functions within the Branch. To identify and mitigrate commercial riks to the Company

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

•Responsible for administration of contracts in terms of the conditions thereof
•Manage commercial contracts with suppliers and customers
•Provides input into the commercial and financial close-out(month-end and year-end)
•Prepares and submits financial reports as required
•Perform administrative and/orproduction control
•Comply with contractual requirements
•Control of credit notes and customer returns and ensure they are processed timeously
•Leadstock takes and investigate stock loses and implement corrective actions
•Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
•Adheres to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•Matric (Grade 12)
•Business or Finance Diploma or Degree

EXPERIENCE:

•At least 5 years related work and managemente xperience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

•The capacity for understanding and using financial, marketplace, consumer and economic information. It includes
specific aptitudes such as financial management, consumer understanding, risk assessment, etc.
•The capacity for working with language in various forms. It includes specific aptitudes such as word fluency,
comprehension, verbal reasoning, vocabulary, second language acquisition,etc.
•The capacity for working with numbers and numerical/mathematical concepts. It includes specific aptitudes such as
computation, statistical interpretation, facility with mathematical concepts, arithmetic reasoning, etc.
•Problem solving
