Admin / Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Admin \/ Sales Administrator to join their team in Randburg. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys assisting customers, supporting sales activities, and managing general office administration. Full product and sales training will be provided, and no cold calling is required. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with sales enquiries and product information. Process customer orders and follow up on enquiries. Provide excellent customer service and support. Perform general office administration duties. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with day-to-day office operations. Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities. Own reliable transport. Must reside in the Randburg or Roodepoort area.
