Beautiful Intimate Safari Lodge is looking for an ADMIN AND FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:
Tucked away in the unspoiled beauty of the Waterberg, this intimate lodge offers a unique safari experience in the heart of the Welgevonden Private Game Reserve. With only five elegant chalets overlooking the surrounding wilderness, the lodge prides itself on offering personalized service, warm hospitality, and unforgettable wildlife encounters in a tranquil, malaria-free setting.

They are currently looking for a passionate and capable Admin and Front of House Assistant to join their close-knit team. The ideal candidate should have prior lodge or hospitality management experience, with strengths in guest relations, team coordination, and day-to-day operational oversight. A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are key. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment, surrounded by nature.

Candidate requirements:

Prior experience managing a small team
Strong Front of House experience
Excellent staff management skills with proven leadership capabilities
Solid administrative capabilities
Good stock management skills
Excellent Guest relations skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team of staff
