Job Title: Admin & Sales Support Assistant
Location: Silverton, Pretoria
Salary: Up to R11 000 CTC per month

Overview:
Our client based in Silverton is seeking a reliable, hands-on Admin & Sales Support Assistant to join their team. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, assisting with administrative tasks, client interaction, and operational support within the yard, showroom, and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the yard, showroom, and warehouse
• Maintain regular communication with clients (calls and follow-ups)
• Compile and submit weekly client call reports
• Process invoicing, pro-forma invoices, and purchase orders
• Handle credit requests and proof of payment documentation
• Perform filing of invoices and general documentation
• Print and file bank statements
• Assist with stock control, stock takes, and stock sheet printing
• Reserve and un-reserve materials and slabs
• Manage sample and stationery orders (e.g. cartridges, invoice paper, notebooks)
• Order and manage Tenax stock, including stock takes
• Capture and manage employee timesheets and overtime records
• Perform Speedpoint banking where required
• Support OHS administration and compliance
• Assist with stock received from JHB & DBN (printing and documentation)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative/support role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (telephonic and face-to-face)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment
• Basic understanding of invoicing and stock control
• Computer literate (MS Office essential)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
