Admin and Wage Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, within the Agricultural Sector is looking for an Admin & Wage Administrator, based in Ficksburg, Free State.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4.
• 3 years' experience in HR and Payroll Administration (SAGE 300 People).
• Experience with Time and Attendance processes and programs.

• Process new engagements, transfers, employee information and terminations for the allocated division.
• Provide an accurate employee advisory service on payroll matters.
• Participate in disciplinary hearings of employee counselling sessions.
• Advise managers, supervisors and employees on the appropriate actions to take when dealing with grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and practices.
