JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Administration Clerk for an established client in the cold chain industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job duties:

  • Daily Dashboard
  • Claims Schedule
  • Daily APPL
  • Double Locations
  • Water & Electricity reading weekly
  • Master truck booking weekly
  • Update truck bookings daily
  • Capturing of monthly stock take figures
  • Customer queries
  • Update import book – inbound containers for state vet, port health and NRCS
  • Filing of all invoices and documents
  • New code requisition for new products received
  • Non-Conformance Advice to be raised for short and short dated stock for customers
  • Ensuring that floor area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assisting in maintaining housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience similar role.
  • Numerate and analytical ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office).
  • Communication skills.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Accellos/GP experience is an Advantage.
