POSITION INFO:
An asset-based finance company based in Cape Town, providing finance products and solutions to the transport, construction and mining sectors across South Africa is recruiting for an Administration Controller (AC) to join their Cape Town team Minimum requirements: Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work A high work rate and ability to keep focused in a fast-paced environment Good planning, organisation and prioritisation skills Strong accountability and willingness to take ownership Good communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook Own transport Exposure to FICA, NATIS, vehicle licensing or contract administration (advantageous, but not essential) Key Responsibilities: 1. Deal and Contract Administration Review contracts and supporting documents before supplier payments are processed Check that all required documentation is complete and accurate Maintain accurate records and ensure digital and physical files are complete, up to date and audit-ready 2. Compliance and FICA Administration Ensure required FICA documentation is obtained and maintained Assist with sanctions checks and compliance control sheets Assist with FIC reporting and maintain accurate information on relevant compliance platforms 3. NATIS, Licensing and Vehicle Administration Maintain accurate NATIS inventory records and safekeeping controls Assist with NATIS registrations Assist with vehicle licence renewals and related cost recovery Traffic Fine Management Manage traffic fine administration and customer follow-ups Process fine payments and recoveries Maintain accurate traffic fine control records 5.
