Administration Coordinator

POSITION INFO:
Our client, an established organisation operating within the industrial and engineering services sector, is looking for a highly organised Administrative Coordinator \/ Receptionist to join their Durban team. This is more than a traditional reception role. You'll be the first point of contact for the business while also supporting the wider team with administration, project coordination, travel arrangements, fleet administration, reporting and document control. If you're someone who likes having everything in order, follows up until things get done and can confidently manage several priorities at once, this could be your next career move. Key Responsibilities Manage reception, switchboard and general office administration. Track service contracts and follow up on outstanding actions. Assist with petty cash, company credit card reconciliations and project costing administration. Coordinate travel, accommodation and vehicle fleet administration. Maintain project reports, documentation and document control systems. Assist with tender portal administration and other ad hoc coordination requirements. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). 3-4 years' experience in administration. Strong experience in reception, office coordination and general administration. Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial, logistics, services or other project-driven environments will be advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills; intermediate to advanced Excel is highly advantageous. Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
