JOB SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists in the Management & Admin Department at Ngodwana Site for an Administrative Manager reporting to the Plant Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Overall responsibility is accounting, invoicing, payments and other finance related tasks.
Yearly budgets and expenditure.
Financial performance.
Inventory management spares and consumables.
HR, salaries and HR performance.
IT infrastructure (admin).
Administrative assistance to the Plant Manager may be required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree (Financial) BA or BCom

EXPERIENCE

Sound knowledge and Experience in Labour Legislation
At least five years experience in a similar position
