JOB SUMMARY:
Do you have experience in production and manufacturing where your administration duties required you to be proficient in excel and pastel with all the background planning requirements pre-production?

Our client based in Paarden Eiland requires a methodical and proficient administrator that will ensure that production runs smoothly and timeously resulting in the best production output and satisfied clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Own transport preferable
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Proficient and methodical administration skills
High attention to detail
Multi-tasking ability
Excellent client relationship building skills

DUTIES

Managing Customers and Agents queries on outstanding orders
Ensure all items are ordered for the next job requirements that are planned for
Ensure that the information is up to date before start date of production
Issuing of written and verbal estimate quotes to customers
For planning update information in google docs plan and calender
Update plan as and when is needed
Work out installers time requirements for installation for the next day
Be the middle man between production and administration
Phone clients to arrange installation, date and times
Manage collections and satisfying clients delivery times
Liaise with Foremen on delivery dates
Notify agents and clients on any delivery date changes
Consistently check on job status in the factory
When customers come into Showroom explain the product range, show samples and take down customers details and requirements
Update debtor payments
