SUMMARY:
Administration and Sales Co-Ordinator
Based in Centurion
Monthly Remuneration: R10,000.00 – R18,000.00 Basic salary.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Agri experience or qualification will be added bonus

The candidate must preferably have the following attributes/skills or be willing to learn same:

Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Experience with accounting programs
Basic accounting skills (invoicing & capturing)
Customer service experience
Excellent administration skills
Good computer skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Attention to detail
Preferably non-smoking

Duties include inter alia:

Assisting walk-in customers with information on products
Direct sales
Dispatching product (this may involve lifting 25kg bags from time to time)
Basic stock control
General admin
Quotes & Invoicing
Customer liaison
Answering phone calls
Liaising with transporters
Assisting with agricultural expos like Nampo
Assisting with ad hoc functions within the wider group of companies (also in the agricultural field)

Other details:

Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 ; Monday to Friday ; office bound only
Own mode of transport
Offices based in Centurion
