Our client, a well-established company operating within the export industry, is looking to appoint a detail-oriented Administrative & Logistics Assistant to support their dynamic operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a knack for numbers, logistics, and efficient administration.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
Work extensively with Microsoft Excel to manage, interpret, and analyze data
Accurately handle and maintain critical documentation and records
Assist in the coordination of logistics and export-related activities
Identify and solve problems independently, using sound judgment and initiative

What Weâre Looking For:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
Solid mathematical and analytical capabilities
Grade 12 / Matric
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A self-starter who is able to work independently and take initiative
Prior experience in the fruit export or agricultural sector will be highly advantageous
