POSITION INFO:
Administrative Assistant to Financial Adviser/Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support a team of Financial Advisers/Planners. The successful candidate will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients and will handle daily administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Processing new and existing business for investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates.

Monitoring activities related to client reviews and requests.

Managing the broker''s diary and liaising with clients and insurance companies.

Assisting with deceased estates and trust administration.
Requirements:
-
Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
-
5+ years of relevant experience.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, verbal).

Own transport is required.

Knowledge of legislation compliance (FICA/FAIS/POPIA/TCF) is a must.

Extensive experience with at least two of the following Investment Platforms: Ninety-One, Allan Gray, and Glacier.

Extensive experience with at least two of the following Life Insurance Platforms: Discovery, Momentum, and Sanlam.

Experience with CRM systems such as @Work, Workpool, Elite Wealth, or XPlan is essential.
Remuneration:

R230,000.00 - R294,000.00 CTC per annum.

The position is permanent with a 3-month probation period.
