POSITION INFO:

Administrative Assistant to Financial Adviser/Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support a team of Financial Advisers/Planners. The successful candidate will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients and will handle daily administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Processing new and existing business for investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates.

• Monitoring activities related to client reviews and requests.

• Managing the broker''s diary and liaising with clients and insurance companies.

• Assisting with deceased estates and trust administration.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, verbal).

• Own transport is required.

• Knowledge of legislation compliance (FICA/FAIS/POPIA/TCF) is a must.

• Extensive experience with at least two of the following Investment Platforms: Ninety-One, Allan Gray, and Glacier.

• Extensive experience with at least two of the following Life Insurance Platforms: Discovery, Momentum, and Sanlam.

• Experience with CRM systems such as @Work, Workpool, Elite Wealth, or XPlan is essential.

Remuneration:

• R230,000.00 - R294,000.00 CTC per annum.

• The position is permanent with a 3-month probation period.
