Description

Working An established game lodge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join the team. The role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing office operations and filing systems
• Assisting with reservations and guest communication
• Preparing reports and maintaining records
• Coordinating with lodge departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling correspondence and general office duties

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

• Live-in accommodation (rent-free)
• All on-duty meals accounted for
• Free Wi-Fi, electricity, and water fees
• Transport to and from Vaal water (collection and drop-off point)
