SUMMARY:
Administrative Assistant - George

Our client in the Auto Service industry is looking for a dynamic, hands-on, self-motivated administrative assistant to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manning the front reception area - ensure well presented, clean and tidy
Liaise with walk in clients, assist where possible, or refer to the relevant department
Answering phones, taking messages, assisting, transferring calls.
Processing of insurance claims on various systems
Liaising with workshop manager regarding any issue / challenges
Managing general office administration - answering emails, daily correspondence, etc.
Assisting the director with any PA work that she may require from time to time
Any other ad hoc duties as required daily

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric - essential
Fluent in English / Afrikaans
Intermediate MS Office Suite skills - Word, Excel Outlook and Explorer
Administrative diploma / certificate - advantageous
