SUMMARY:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (ONSITE - JHB – KEMPTON PARK)

ONSITE (KEMPTON PARK): 07h30 – 16h30 Monday to Thursdays & 07h30 – 14h00 on Fridays

START DATE: As soon as possible
REMUNERATION: R9000-00 to R16,000-00 (negotiable depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities: This would entail covering a variety of tasks from filing, document editing, minute taking, being the point of contact when the Office Manager is not available, etc. Assisting with any administrative duties required such as: Answer incoming phone calls Assisting clients where necessary Compiling\/sending out quotations Obtaining POs Drafting reports Placing orders with suppliers Collections and\/or deliveries Stock control - keeping track of all incoming and outgoing stock, assisting with stock takes and updating stock records Any other administrative tasks as and when required Requirements: Minimum 3-5 year working experience in a similar role within a small\/medium sized business (experience within construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage).
