An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organized, adaptable and resilient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support within a busy, fast-paced environment.
This varied role is suited to a proactive individual who can manage changing priorities, work accurately under pressure and confidently take ownership of daily responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Provide general office and administrative support. Capture data and maintain accurate records. Manage filing, documentation and electronic records. Assist with supplier and client-related administration. Process and administer invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents. Follow up on outstanding information and documentation. Assist with tender and project administration when required. Maintain internal schedules, spreadsheets, trackers and reports. Liaise professionally with suppliers, employees and other stakeholders. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the broader team. Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as business needs change. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative position. Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and use initiative. Reliable, punctual and accountable. Able to learn new systems and processes quickly. Professional and capable of handling confidential information appropriately. Experience in construction, civil engineering, finance or operations would be beneficial. Knowledge of Sage, tenders, purchase orders, supplier administration or invoice processing would be an advantage but is not essential.
