Administrative Assistant / Debtors Clerk

ADMIN / DEBTORS CLERK - URGENT POSITION : Our client is looking for an Admin / Debtors Clerk to join their extremely fast paced company. The successful candidate must have high energy levels, be fast on their feet and show great attention to detail. 

DUTIES:

• Reception Duty – Relieve during lunch times
• Filing
• Answering of Phones
• Daily Counting of Floats, cashing up and banking in the mornings for 2 tills & receiving
• payments daily for account customers
• Daily recon for account payments from previous day
• Writing out delivery notes
• Issuing Manual invoices to Customers who paid in Frontshop and needing a tax invoice.
• Processing Proforma invoices and e-mail invoices to customers when customer has requests
• Processing of invoices from job bags
• Updating daily excel Spreadsheets with invoices and job numbers.
• Writing out of credit note Requisitions and processing of credit notes.
• Helping in despatch when needed
• Issuing reps with Petrol slips
• Ad hoc admin duties

Salary & Benefits: Salary is R8 000
